If you installed an operating system to a partition using UNetbootin removing UNetbootin will not remove the OS. Check if you have USB boot enabled in bios. Ive downloaded and used unetbootin to create the bootable live USB drive.
Have you tried internet works with FAT32 as well. You cannot have one operating system installed in native UEFI mode and another in legacy BIOS mode because then the boot loader wont detect both systems.
